This allows us to match you with the most appropriate education consultant and prepare relevant information for your initial conversation.

How quickly will I receive a response?

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. If you contact us by phone during our operating hours (6AM-9PM EST Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM EST Saturday-Sunday), you’ll be able to speak with a representative immediately. For urgent matters outside these hours, please use our emergency contact form.

Can I schedule a free assessment session?

Yes! We offer a complimentary 30-minute assessment session for all new students. This allows us to evaluate your child’s current knowledge level, learning style, and needs. You can schedule this through our contact form, by phone, or via live chat. Select “Free Assessment” as your subject when using the contact form.

What if my child needs help with homework?
